How we collect your data

Some data is collected when you provide it to us, for example, data you enter in the contact form (name, email, contact number, message) or when you donate. Other data is collected automatically by our systems when you visit the site (browser, operating system, time of access). This technical data is used to keep the site secure and working.

What we use your data for

We use the data you send us to answer your enquiry, process your donation and send the newsletter you asked for, and nothing else. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties except the payment provider that processes your donation.

Contact form and newsletter

If you write to us through the contact form, the details you enter are used only to handle your enquiry. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email address solely to send it; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any edition, and your address is then deleted from the mailing list.

Donations and payments

Card donations are processed by our payment provider (Softy Comp / Fio Transact); PayPal donations by PayPal. We never see or store your full card details. EFT and wire transfers go through your own bank. Donation records required by law are kept as such records must be.

Embedded video

Testimony videos are embedded from YouTube (Google). Visiting a page with an embedded video establishes a connection to YouTube's servers, which learn which of our pages you visited; if you are logged into YouTube, it may associate your visit with your profile. See YouTube's privacy policy for details. Our teaching PDF is served directly from this site.

Your rights

You may ask at any time what personal data we hold about you, and request its correction or deletion, using info@dunamisfoundation.tv. You may also object to processing and lodge a complaint with your data-protection regulator.
